so i’m preparing for another ultimate tournament. this it’s in north carolina. our first tourament this fall. and as i always thinking about what to bring, i always end up packing more than twice that i actually need.

i’m going to be gone 3 days, i’ll have 5 days worth of clothes, even though 90% of the time i am there, i will be in my jersey.

one thing i always under pack is food. i’m let wasting away on the fields with no bananas or fields, dehydrated and needing electrolytes. thankfully gloria did the shopping this time and pick up everything food item i need:

  • bananas
  • gatorade
  • grapes
  • fruit cup (mandarin oranges)
  • dry mix
