as ritual for UFUCT timeout distractions, my team stands in a line facing the opponents’ huddle and belt out our best rendition of ‘we are the boys..’. this weekend was a lot fun, we had a theme of superheros. we had to mix with half the girls’ team and went 4-2.
there will be only a few more time i get to sing that song with the rest of the team i’ve grown to really, really like. and one of the many things i’ll miss in 2.5 months.
i’ve been to two tournaments in the past 2 weekends and having another one in gainesville this weekend. i’ve turned several shades darker to the point people have asked me where i started going to a tanning booth or changed nationality. i always respond positively- yes, i’m now philipino going to a tanning booth every hour.
my computer hasn’t come back, it’s been 3 weeks. i lost my cell phone in savannah and my replacement phone hasn’t come back yet. i’ve been working everyone else’s computer the past 3 weeks finishing my portfolio. i mailed it out yesterday. rush. they should get today sometime around noon. they = LSU.
